8,000 is a nice round number

Pat Neal and Neal Communities celebrated their 8,000th house sold in Southwest Florida today.

Lauren Acton, a medical student at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, was the buyer. Her new house is just across the street from LECOM, where she attends classes at Lakewood Ranch.
